What's in my Smoothies?

Anything goes! The options are endless! Great about smoothies is that you can add anything to suit your taste buds. Some balance of green with sweet food and creamy or cold can play up some different adventure.
This is a perfect solution when you are on the run or buffer up before going out for a party.


SWEETNESS.......Fruits, grapes, banana, apple, honey, goji berries
                    CREAMY.......soaked cashew nuts, seeds, banana
                                             GREEN..........anything dark green leavy vege, spirulina
              LIQUID...................................lemon juice, orange juice, cucumber
                                 Omega3/6......flaxseed oil, coconut oil, flaxseed, chia seed
Water....1/2cup just to make it run!


I use high power blender (Blendtec), it works miracle when breaking up the fiber in the vegetable and make absorption easy. There are some good read and recipe about blending in Tom Wu's book, the author who healed himself from late stage lung cancer over 30 years ago, blending up this superfood 6-8cups a day and cancer free to this day.
