Healthy Indulgence: Sugarless Truffle


Ingredients:
1 cup almond (or cashew nuts)
2 tsp organic pure cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey (or stevia, or red dates, or goji berries)
desiccated coconut for coating

Soak almond, blend almond into fine paste, blend in honey, cocoa powder. Roll into small balls and coat them with either cocoa powder or desiccated coconut.
Keep in fridge to chill.
