Things To Avoid To Protect Your Health

We are constantly warned by the danger of this and that over time but I never paid much attention to them as I doubt its ability to kill, but I am now convinced they might not kill you instantly but enough to weaken your immune system.
There are swamp of information on the net for each of these topics, I strongly recommend that you look into each of them yourself before you continue to consume or use any of the following:
Sweetener (aspartame) in diet cook, biscuits, diet sugar, artificial sweetener...
Fluoride in tap water, bottle water, toothpaste

MSG in processed food, restaurant food

Deodorant

Amalgam(mercury tooth filling) and Root canal

Cosmetic

Cookwares (Aluminium, non-stick)

Homemade Kimchi

Soaking in salt water
After 1 week
Ingredients:
1 large napa/chinese cabbage
1 small white onion
1/2 daikon (white lo pak)
1/2 red apple
1/2 pear
8 spring onion
2 tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
4in ginger
1 clove garlic
2cube fermented tofu or 2tbsp fish sauce
1 cup sea salt

1. Cut cabbae into 4 quaters, soak in 10cup water + 1 cup salt for 3 hours
2. rinse 3 times in clean water to remove as much salt as possible, and squeeze all water out.
3. cut cabbage into bite size, cut spring onion into 2in long, shred daikon.
4. Blend: apple,pear, ginger, garlic, chilli, tofu or fish sauce.
5 mix spice paste with the vege.
6 Store in clean jar for 2days in cool corner, then put in fridge for 5days to complete the fermentation.

COFFEE ENEMA DETOX


I am a coffee lover, Starbuck crusader. WHAT? Is there another way to drink coffee? you bet!
I felt so left out when I found out that Do Do Cheng, Soong Mei Ling and even the world leading gastroendologist Dr Shinya is doing enema, and I even felt more betrayed when I found out that some of my own close friends has been doing enema for years behind my back! What Is Coffee Enema?

Why is it hard for us to believe that our body has a build-in mechanism to repair itself? We sneeze when foreign dust try to get into our nostril, we cough when unwanted object get into our air way, our stomach cramp to tell us there is 'poisonous' food in the stomach, and we have diarrhea to expell un-welcome staff out of the body. Our immune system armed with t-cell B-cells to warn off harful virus and bacteria. The lastest science is still far from understanding every aspect of human body. With all the complex chemical transaction in the body at a cellular form, where did the cells get the fuel to perform it function? No other than the food we eat! then why is it so hard for some people to believe that diet has a tremendous ability to change the state of our health to the point of reversing diseases? even cancer?
